PERPETUUM is a five piece live band (Ana Maria Popa - lead vocal, Catalin Fantaneanu - lead guitar, Marius Draghici - bass guitar, Catalin Cotelin - keyboards, Liviu Cocoru - drums). PERPETUUM started ten years ago, in 2000, and, since then, is a very appreciated and dedicated live band, famous for their own album (released in 2004) and for the exquisite live performances they give at weddings, private parties, functions and club gigs.

Their style is an original one, oriented to oldy pop-rock. As a cover band, they have an impressive playlist which includes over 200 well known pieces, that cover a whole range of musical periods from the 70's, 80's and 90's: AC/DC, Tina Turner, Vonda Shepard, Sheryl Crow, Doly Parton, Shania Twain, Cher, and the list continues with many other famous artists.

Ana, the lead vocal, is on the musical stage from a very early age (6). Since then, she has won many awards in music festivals and song contests. Her best performance is the second award she received at the most famous music festival in Romania, "Mamaia", in 2000.

Eight years later, in 2008, participating in the same music festival, PERPETUUM won the special award given by the Romanian Radio Organisation, with the song called "Du-ma" ("Take me with you").

PERPETUUM has been performing in famous clubs in Bucharest and all over Romania, being appreciated for their outstanding artistical charisma and for the atmosphere they create on stage, for the public. Interacting with the public is PERPETUUM's secret to make a perfect show and people of all ages stand up and dance to their music.
"Hard Rock Cafe" is one of the famous clubs where PERPETUUM played on many occasions.

Being very well known and appreciated by their public, PERPETUUM was asked to perform for many important companies and famous names in the political and social environment from Romania and from other countries: Vodafone, Orange, ING Bank, Mercedes-Benz, Radisson Hotel, Novotel Hotel, JW Marriott Hotel, IKEA, Hard Rock Cafe and so on.

For a better quality of their performance, PERPETUUM often collaborates with two backing vocals.
