Performing for almost thirty years as both
a solo entertainer and in bands, Al plays in many contemporary
styles including jazz, R&B, Latin, pop, ethnic, country and
bluegrass.
He has performed for many types of functions in many
venues:

Corporate Social Functions
Private Home Parties
Theme Parks
Concerts
Nightclubs
Resort Hotels
Born to a professional musician father, Al began his music
training at six years old and became a professional, himself
at age 20. He performed in the New York Metropolitan Area for
many years and also toured the east coast of America playing
in resort hotels during that time period. He later moved to
Los Angeles, California where, in addition to his live performing,
he played on more than thirty CD’s as a recording session
musician, including sessions for rock and roll legend Delaney
Bramlett.
Coming to Japan in 2001, Al sang and played accordion for
sixteen months at the Tokyo Disney Sea theme park as a member
of The Sailor Trio, performing more than two thousand shows
at the park during that time period.
From early 2003 through early 2008, Al performed, mostly as
a solo pianist and vocalist, in and around Tokyo at such locations
as:
The Yokohama Grand Intercontinental Hotel,
The Capitol Tokyu Hotel in Akasaka,
The Four Seasons Hotel in Marunouchi,
XEX restaurants in Daikanyama, Tokyo and Kamiyacho.
The Roppongi Crest Club
The Tableaux Lounge in Daikanyama
The Cerulian Hotel in Shibuya
Outside Tokyo, Al performed at The Sheraton Grande Ocean Resort
in Miyazaki.
He has recently returned to Los Angeles after almost 7 years
of living and performing in Japan.
